Listen…Don’t Miss Sr. Macrina!!

Sacred Pauses:  The Medicine of Deep Listening

Our spiritual life is a treasure needing constant renewal and care. We cannot minister to others without replenishing our spirits. Sr. Macrinia Wiederkehr, OSB, a nationally known writer and retreat leader will be leading a retreat here on Oct. 5-7. There is an opportunity to come to the whole weekend beginning Friday evening at 6:30pm and ending on Sunday at 1:00pm or to attend Saturday only.

Sister Macrina will explore with you a way of being attentive to the hours of the day. She will help you search for ways to live contemplatively right in the midst of the busyness of daily life. Themes will be drawn from her book, Seven Sacred Pauses: Honoring the Hours of the Day as well as her latest work: Abide.  The moving story of the Emmaus Journey (Luke 24:13-32) will be your scripture companion for the retreat. Don’t miss this opportunity to be more steeped in Scriptural Prayer. Call us now to register at 888-882-1391 or e-mail
